The 2016–17 MacroMonitor Questionnaire contains all the questions and response categories for the 2016–17 MacroMonitor. The survey was fielded between July and August 2016. GfK Custom Research (formerly Knowledge Networks) fielded the survey using their probability-based, online panel. The questionnaire maintains a design that has remained consistent for the past 38 years to measure consumer attitudes, behaviors, and motivations about financial services.
